Day 40 - AM jumping

After yesterday's email I decided to jump before breakfast this morning. I didn't think it was possible, but I am even less coordinated in the early morning than I am in the afternoon. I don't think my brain and feet are capable of communicating first thing in the morning. I'd love to get through the whole routine early, but just don't want to wake up any earlier. The nice thing was that when I came home I only had strength training to do so got through things much faster. Still had energy so did 8 minute abs. Somewhere down there through the fat there are muscles, amazing! See you in 24 hours!

  2. These exercises will never hurt you! Good work Brian, the muscles are coming out from below and the fat is melting off from above. You're literally sculpting a whole new body in real time.

  3. The funniest part is when he says "we're having fun"...I think it's during the vertical leg lifts or something that totally burn. Strange but that comment comes at just the right time for me to "Hulk up" and finish strong, even though I would hardly call it "fun." Keep up the morning jumping though. I am also so sleepy in the morning that the motor skills are lacking. But don't you feel great at work when you do get them in in the morning? I don't need any coffee then.
