Two days in and one thing is already clear, it is much easier to work out when someone else is telling you what to do. Over the last month when I did hit the gym if I didn't have a solid plan before I started then I would end up wasting a lot of time in the gym figuring out what to do and how much of it to do. Making a plan ahead of time meant doing the work ahead of time and figuring out what I needed to work on. Much easier to just open that day's PDF and follow the instructions.
Workouts are pretty smooth so far. 3 months ago when 250 jumps was a major undertaking that probably involved 100 trips seems like a lifetime ago. I'm still lousy at jumping, but it is a whole lot better than it was.
Dude, awesome. For me the jumps still are a major undertaking!
ReplyDeleteI agree...LOVE having a exercise plan ready when you wake up.
ReplyDeleteGo, Brian! I'm doing a self-imposed extra PCP bit right now--the last six weeks over again--and feel a little like a glutton for punishment, too. Isn't it so much easier now that you've got the food worked out? And the jumping thing down? Let's kick ass.
